SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2026  MARYGROVE · DETROIT  BLACK TIE ATTIRE

AN EVENING WITH PURPOSE

CELEBRATE THE VOICES.
INVEST IN THEIR FUTURES.

Join us for the Umoja Debate League 5th Anniversary Black Tie Gala: Elevating Voices. Shaping Futures. Celebrate five years of empowering young people through debate, leadership, and community while supporting the next chapter of Umoja’s impact.

WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

MORE THAN DEBATE.
SKILLS FOR LIFE.

Umoja uses debate to help Detroit youth develop confidence, critical thinking, and self-expression. Your support helps create opportunities for young people to learn, connect, and lead.
